Received an upgrade to a one bedroom suite and allowed to check in upon arrival, which was two hours ahead of time. This was much appreciated after a very long travel day from New York. Friendly staff. Excellent, complimentary, hot, breakfast buffet with eggs, meat, waffles, pastries, fruit, etc. Nice dining at Ms. Pipers, along with music entertainment on site.

The price is good for a reason. The beach is a 3’ x 100 yd path to a very small area shared by a much nicer condo. Limited space and seating and walking on beach not an option. Please tell me what the resort fee is for?? Had 2 adjoining rooms. Water on floor had to be mopped up. Signs of mold on door jambs.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff at the reception go out of their way to make sure we felt welcome, that our questions were answered, transportation was ready for us, and so much more. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and updated. The location was perfect because we could walk everywhere in the Seven Mile area and to the stores/shopping. The beach access as part of the hotel was very nice and convenient. In summary, we will go back 100%.
