This bright and cozy 15 m² studio offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in the city. As part of Casa Azeitão, managed by GuestReady, it provides a well-maintained and thoughtfully designed experience.

The studio features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe for your belongings, and a small dining area for convenience. A kitchenette is equipped with the essentials, including a microwave, mini-fridge, and basic cookware, perfect for preparing simple meals.

The private bathroom comes with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a hassle-free stay. Step outside to the cozy terrace, a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the fresh air.

Cleaning is done before your arrival, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled at the base of the breathtaking Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, this house is just a few minutes walk from the charming heart of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, which locals and visitors adore for its many beautiful shops and great restaurants. By driving or even walking, you can visit the many farms, vineyards, and wineries in the area to savor Azeitão’s specialties of Moscatel wine, cheese, and sponge cake. Within a 15-minute drive are some of Portugal’s best beaches, such as Galapinhos, Portinho da Arrábida, and Galapos. You can conveniently reach Lisbon via a 35-minute drive or a one-hour journey by public transport.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. There is free parking in the streets.

The nearest bus station, Vila Nova Azeitão (R Filipe Magalhães), is just a 4-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
