Our house is nestled in the heart of a 1,300 m² plot, surrounded by pine trees and a large Mediterranean garden, lulled by the song of the cicadas. This haven of peace, located on Mont Saint-Clair, close to the center of Sète and its beaches, offers a unique place on the singular island. The property includes a main house with bedroom n°1 (bed 160x200), a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a laundry room and an office with Wi-Fi at your disposal. The outbuilding, fully equipped, has bedroom n°2 (bed 160x200) with its bathroom, toilet, kitchen with washing machine, as well as an outdoor shower with a hammock. Between the two houses, a beautiful terrace of 100 m² with a very friendly summer kitchen, all surrounded by pine trees and the Mediterranean garden, ideal for two couples or a family of four with grown children able to sleep alone. We are located 20 meters from the Pierres Blanches National Park, ideal for enjoying walks and magnificent sunsets. For your comfort, you can leave your car inside the property (two parking spaces available on request). You can play petanque in the shade of the pine trees, sunbathe, refresh yourself with the summer shower, and have lunch and dinner in the summer kitchen. Two tables are available on the different terraces, depending on the sun exposure, for convivial moments in the open air. A welcoming place where good times await you!
