Bright apartment 2/3 pers of 42M2 located south facing on the 2nd floor with balcony overlooking the sea. Fully equipped, baby cot (mattress and mattress pad) high chair all provided free of charge. Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave. Living room with flat screen TV, 3-seater sofa convertible of superior quality with real mattress. Quiet and sunny, Ideally located in the heart of the city in a typical area of SETE suitable to enjoy the beach and the many festivities (St Louis jousts, Stopovers in SETE, Worldwide etc...) Car useless but possibility of free parking all around the accommodation. Train station 10 minutes walk free shuttle from it. Public transportation 2 minutes walk. Very quiet street. Near P.VALERY Museum. Close to all shops, restaurants Halles, 2 minutes walk from the tourist office. Sheets, towels provided free of charge. No cleaning fee for short stay.

The host was most friendly, eager to provide us with the best service and very helpful to solve some transport problems we had.The apartment - simple but quite charming with a lovely view of old rooftops and the sea from the tiny balcony -was very clean and the kitchen unusually well equipped.

Très bien situé, mais il faudrait signaler dans l'annonce les escaliers pas très faciles à monter pour certaines personnes, et rénover la cage d'escalier qui inquiète quand à l'état de l'appartement ! Mais heureusement c'est impeccable à l'intérieur

Cet appartement nous a offert tout ce que nous pouvions attendre de son emplacement central/ du calme ,de la vue sur la mer et les gentilles visites des mouettes ............La décoration contemporaine : éclairages , tableaux remarquables rend le fait de rentrer , douillet et propice à une détente très réparatrice si vous avez beaucoup déambulé dans la journée ......................

Location très bien située.Super accueil de Jacques. très propres, pas de décos surchargées, très calme, bien agencé et proximité des mouettes...Le bémol : l'escalier un peu rude pour personnes souffrants du dos ou autres.mais Jacques prends les choses en mains.Et de bon conseil pour la restauration.

la vue est jolie mais assez restreinte, nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait monter 2 étages avec un escalier pas pratique cela m'a été très difficile (2 prothèses au genou), pas de place de parking il a fallu se garer a 1 km sur des places payantes. Jacques a été très gentil

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement confortable et calme, très bien situé. Accueil très chaleureux : Jacques est vraiment très réactif à toute demande et nous a permis de rentrer plus tôt dans le logement. Il faut cependant préciser que l’appartement est situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur et que la chambre ne comporte pas de fenêtres (porte coulissante qui permet d’ouvrir sur la salle à manger). Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs efficaces dans un appartement qui reste assez frais même par grosses chaleurs.

Visites de la région très ensoleillée....Aigues Mortes , Montpellier Marseillan.....Baignades sur les plages idéales ,le sable est très chaud....découverte des canaux ,le mont St Clair....et visite à G Brassens évidemment..

Accueil très chaleureux de Jacques,dans un appartement très sympa et très bien conçu, en plein centre de Sète et tout près du canal principal.Cette ville a un charme extraordinaire.Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour des vacances sans problèmes.

Eine schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt mit kleinem, gemütlichen Balkon. - Morgens wach werden und den herrlichen Blick zum Hafen und übers Meer genießen. In Sete gibt es noch den wunderbaren, fast schon legendären südfranzösischen Flair mit freundlichen Menschen

Séjour très agréable avec balcon bien exposé au soleil et avec belle vue sur la mer appartement bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Il a une bonne situation centrale dans la ville. Je le conseille vivement surtout pour les personnes venant en train.

Très bien situé pour visiter Sète a pied

Jacques est un hôte très sympa, vous donne tous les bons tuyaux pour passer un bon séjour, appartement propre rien a redire juste des petits détails qui ne gâcheront en rien votre séjour, peut être rajouter un grille pain et la pression de la douche un peu faible. Sinon la vue mer et le balcon sont supers, endroit très calme pas de bruit. Juste petite précision importante il est difficile de garer sa voiture dans la rue de la location et même aux alentours, le mieux est de la mettre au parking a l'entrée da la ville qui est gratuit et a 20 minutes a pied de l'appartement sinon pour décharger et ne pas trop marcher avec les bagages il y a un parking payant a 5 minutes a pied pratique quand on a beaucoup de bagages. Avec ma femme nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Jacques, petite info gastronomique le restaurant juste au pied de l'appartement hippy market est un super rapport qualité prix, je vous recommande la pina colada maison et le plat la macaronade une tuerie.

Séjour à Sète

Le logement est idéalement situé. Il est à proximité des bus ralliant les plages, proche de l'office de tourisme, du port, du centre ville etc.. Il est très fonctionnel et équipé. Belle escapade Sétoise

Séjour de 2 jours et 2 nuits au coeur de Sète, appartement idéalement placé dans 1 immeuble ancien, dans le centre historique de Sète, avec vue depuis le balcon sur une partie du port, des toits environnants et de la mer, bref: authenticité garantie. Gentillesse, disponibilité et informations de l'hôte excellente. Être au calme dans l'immeuble et en même temps à 50 mètres à pied du coeur vivant de Sète a été génial ! Ville historique, authentique, magnifique et vivante.
