The open-plan living space includes a sofa bed, a Smart TV, a wooden dining table and chairs, plus a well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette has a cooker hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
A glass door opens out onto the private balcony. Guests can relax on deck chairs and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. Close to the apartment there is a beach volley ball court, padel court, football pitch and a playground. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.
