My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. It was 35 Euro per head for a buffet starter of antipasti veg (some very nice) and the same limp salad, meat and cheese served at breakfast. The desserts were dreadful. The pasta dish was very tasty but tiny. The main course was a tough chicken breast, nothing else. We had eaten a fillet steak with sauce and roast potatoes the night before in a local restaurant for 35 euro. That was well worth it, this was not.
