Bedroom 1 – Features a queen bed and a comfortable sofa bed.

Bedroom 2 – Two single beds and a comfortable sofa bed.

Bedroom 3 – Two single beds.

NOTE: A sofa bed is also available in the living room, providing additional sleeping space.

🍖 Barbecue – In the garden, there’s also a barbecue area – perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with friends and family!

🧺 Additional towels and bed sheets are available for an extra fee and extra cleaning can be arranged upon request and extra fee as well.



📜 HOUSE RULES:



🚭 Smoking is not allowed.

🧼 This is a self-catering rental, so we’ll provide a starter supply of essentials (like toilet paper and detergent) to get you settled in. Once those run out, we kindly ask guests to replenish them as needed.

🔇Parties are not allowed.



✅ CHECK IN RULES



-Someone will meet you at the location.



-The villa will be cleaned and ready for you between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM.



-Unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-in — the previous guests check out at 11:00.





👋 CHECK-OUT RULES



-You have to be ready to leave the apartment by 11:00 AM. ⏰

-Unfortunately, staying past 11:00 AM is not possible.



🔧 OWNER ACCESS



-On some occasions, authorized personnel may need to access the property for maintenance or other necessary tasks (e.g., the owner, building manager, cleaners, repair technicians, etc.). We will do our best to avoid this whenever possible.
