This beautiful renovated apartment is located in a castle in Serrières-en-Chautagne. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for 2 children (140*170). Perfect for a holiday with your partner and/or with your family. In the large garden is a swimming pool that you share with the other guests. From the pool you also have a beautiful view over the French Alps.

The castle is located in the Rhone valley and water sports are of paramount importance in this region. The Lac du Bourget is 10 km away and from the castle it is only an hour's drive to Lake Geneva. Aix les Bains, known for its thermal baths, is also an hour's drive away. In winter, this is the ideal location for all kinds of mountain sports.

In this apartment you have access to a professionally equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances; a professional oven, several refrigerators / freezers, 3 sinks, a long sink, a stove with 6 burners, an extra work surface and tableware.

The washing machine and dryer are only available from Wednesday to Saturday.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
