We made reservations for 2 rooms to be next to each other with connecting door as we were with 4 children and told them ahead of time but when we arrived they could not open connecting door until next day which was upsetting. The hotel is in a bustling tourist area but not as noisy as I feared. Easy to get around. Taxis are cheap. Lots of restaurants and cafes immediately outside. Very good breakfast selection. Helpful staff. Very clean room and clean around the hotel and grounds.
