Il Giardino di Chiara is a welcoming and well-kept place, located on the first floor of a small villa in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center of a small mountain village.

Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the fresh air, and a slower pace of life, with an unobstructed view of the garden, the village, and the surrounding mountains.

One of the most beloved spaces is the private veranda, ideal for a leisurely breakfast, reading, working on the computer, or simply relaxing. The garden and the furnished porch complete the experience, offering various spots to unwind in every season.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a queen-size bed, a spacious bathroom with a modern shower, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable sofa. In winter, a cast-iron stove creates a warm and cozy atmosphere; in summer, the large windows open the space up to the surrounding greenery.

The location is ideal for those who want to alternate between nature and the sea: the retreat is located about 40 minutes from both the Ionian and Tyrrhenian Seas, allowing you to return to the cool comfort of the apartment after a day at the beach.

It’s a simple yet well-kept space, perfect for those seeking silence, rest, and a more authentic experience than traditional stays.

1. Transfer service available to and from the airport, the train station, or the bus station in Lamezia Terme/Catanzaro (for a fee).

2. Since the entire apartment has only one bathroom, it is ideal for a family with children or a group of friends. Generally, the two rooms are not rented simultaneously to people who do not know each other, to ensure a pleasant, private, and comfortable stay for guests.

3. On-site, you’ll receive information about points of interest in the surrounding area, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and various services.

4. A minimum stay of 2 nights is recommended to fully enjoy the tranquility, fresh air, excellent sleep quality, spring water, and the relaxed pace typical of mountain villages—allowing you to fully recharge from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
