The alba 73 is a mini nature villa on the first floor, air-conditioned, of 34 M2 located in a private residence with heated swimming pool, in the village of Serra di Ferro in South Corsica.
The Alba Rossa residence is nestled on the hillside and hidden in the maquis, in the heart of nature, between sea and mountains.
It overlooks the bay of Cupabia, one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica, a Natura 2000 site which is located 9 minutes away by car.

L'Alba 73 is an air-conditioned mini villa of 34 m2 located on the first floor in the residence nicknamed the Alba Rossa in Serra di Ferro.
The residence has a heated swimming pool open from April 5th to October 30th, 2 petanque courts, a mini-golf course, a playground for the pleasure of the little ones.

The residence is located 300m from the heart of the village where you will find two restaurants/pizzeria.

Secure residence with a gate equipped with a digicode and almost pedestrian, for the peace of mind of holidaymakers.
Cars remain parked, if possible, in the parking lot outside in front of the residence.
In case of reduced mobility or to unload your car (on arrival, access to your accommodation by car is allowed.
Walking is mandatory.

For late arrivals, access is possible independently, thanks to a key box, available at the entrance of the accommodation.

Cleaning is provided by a professional: The concierge service Les Clés du Valinco.

This ensures cleaning, cheeck-out, and will intervene in the event of a problem in the accommodation.

Towels and towels Bed linen is provided as an option and on request.
Rates:
- 15 € per bed for double bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases)
- 5€ per bath kit/person (1 bath towel and 1 towel)
