Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointing experience. Expedia’s listing was misleading because it did not clearly state that the pool was shared. I booked this villa expecting a private pool, but that was not what I received. The villa was also very dirty and poorly maintained. The kitchen equipment was in terrible condition—the frying pan was heavily worn and dirty, and some of the dishes were chipped and damaged. As shown in the photos, the property was not maintained to an acceptable standard. To make matters worse, there was a security camera facing the pool area, which made us feel uncomfortable and took away from our privacy. I contacted Expedia and asked to cancel or find a solution, but they were unable to help. I would never have booked this property if the listing had accurately described it. I do not recommend this property or this booking experience.
