Villa Juxta Maré, Beach 500 m Away

Just a 5-minute walk from the sea, Villa Juxta Maré is your chic hideaway on the Béziers coastline. Between Béziers and Valras-Plage, you enjoy the best of both worlds: heritage, gastronomy and southern art-de-vivre in town; golden sands, clear waters and watersports by the shore.

Béziers enchants with historic lanes and the Saint-Nazaire Cathedral overlooking the Orb. Stroll along Les Allées Paul-Riquet, taste Languedoc wines, and visit the Fonserannes Locks on the Canal du Midi—refined excursions minutes away. Further south, Valras-Plage offers an elegant seaside mood: waterfront promenade, beach clubs, seafood restaurants, lively market and family-friendly pleasures set the tone.

Outdoors, unwind in the private pool (5 m × 3 m, approx. 1.60 m deep, not heated). Linger on the terrace between swims, enjoy alfresco lunches and sunset apéritifs—the calm residential setting keeps you close to shops, the local market and the beach. Getting here is easy: Béziers TGV station, Béziers-Cap d’Agde or Montpellier airports, and the A9/A75 motorways nearby.
