The shady terrace overlooking the pool, is equipped with a large barbecue and a spacious and very friendly dining area.
The outdoor parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in the villa’s grounds.
The pool, secured by a rolling shutter, is facing south.
Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is 15 minutes walk from the Provençal village center of Sérignan-du-Comtat and its shops.
