This semi-troglodytic cave, with its exposed stone walls, has been renovated and completely refurbished to become a charming and unique independent accommodation. You'll feel right at home. A small cave serving as a 'nap corner', furnished with mattresses, cushions, and games, completes this already unique and welcoming space. Located in the heart of this pretty, peaceful, and typically Provençal village, just steps from the bakery, small grocery store, chocolatier, and other shops in Sérignan-du-Comtat. The nearest airport is 49 km away in Avignon, and the airports of Montpellier, Nîmes, and Marseille are easily accessible. You will be staying 56 km from the magnificent Ardèche Gorges and close to many typical and listed villages. Sérignan-du-Comtat is Mel's birthplace; considerably small (or 'cosy' as they say), welcoming, full of charm, and with equally charming villagers. This small village is extremely fortuitous, since it houses two buildings of a certain cultural importance: L'Harmas de Jean-Henri Fabre as well as the Naturoptère; Both offer a plethora of information, mainly on entomology (the observation and research of insects). Le cabanon semi troglodyte est parfaitement aménagé, joliment décoré et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la terrasse et de la piscine. Melanie et Jim nous ont accueilli a bras ouverts et en toute confiance ce qui nous a mis à l’aise tout de suite. Ils étaient toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos besoins. Le village est joli et il y a tout le nécessaire à proximité. J’y retournerai sans hésitations !
