This incredible villa stands above one of the most beautiful beaches of Serifos, Agios Sostis, just a 10-minute walk away. With breathtaking views of the beach, Chora, and the port, and surrounded by large verandas with a built-in jacuzzi for 6 people and a spacious garden, it is the perfect place to relax in luxury.



Ideal for big families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 14 guests. The main house features a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms: one master bedroom with a queen bed and one with two single beds, each with a private bathroom. On the ground floor, there are three independent apartments: one with two bedrooms, a small sitting room with fridge and TV, and a private veranda (one double and two twin beds); a master suite apartment with a bedroom with a queen double bed and a sitting room (the two sofas can be converted into double beds), TV, and fridge; and a charming apartment with a queen double bed, fridge, and a beautiful view.



There is also an extra room with laundry facilities at the back of the house.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available.



The port (Livadi) is only 6–7 minutes away by car.
