Situated in the heart of the Aisne countryside between Reims and Château-Thierry, just 1½ hours from Paris, the 3*-rated Gîte de la Prévôté is the ideal place for a get-together with family or friends, with its 2,000 m² enclosed garden. Hiking, sightseeing and exploring the vineyards and cellars of Champagne are all on the agenda! The 200 m² house can accommodate up to 10 people and comprises a lounge with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, 5 bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. Private parking. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker… Dining table to enjoy your meals with family or friends.
- Dining room with a large family table for lovely, convivial meals by the fireside. The insert fireplace is in working order and firewood is provided for stays of 5 nights or more.
- Living room with two large sofas, a decorative fireplace, a television (over 300 channels including Netflix, thanks to fibre broadband), a DVD player and several DVDs for children.
- Bedroom 1: Two single beds
- Shower room with washbasin, storage and shower
- Separate toilet.
- Access to the garden and terrace from the ground floor

Upstairs:
A lovely landing leads to the first floor via a wooden staircase. The first floor features a beautiful landing area with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.
- Bedroom 2: Large master suite comprising a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm), a washbasin and a wardrobe. A second children’s bedroom, equipped with a single bed, is accessible from the master bedroom.
- Bedroom 3: Very large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a separate baby area, equipped with a travel cot and a changing table, a wardrobe and a beautiful decorative fireplace.
- Bedroom 4: Double bed (160 x 190 cm)

Outside:

The house is ideally situated in Sergie, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- The gîte is close to the Hottée du Diable, a stunning natural site featuring huge sandstone formations – the perfect spot for rock climbing, picnicking and walking. Several parks and gardens surrounding castles are open to the public, including the Riomet Garden in Château-Thierry, the grounds of the Château de Condé (19 km away), and the ruins of the Château de Fères in Tardenois (5 km away)....

Transport:

If you wish to come by car, you’ll be able to park in the private car parks.
- Accessible by car: 1½ hours from Paris, 20 minutes from Château-Thierry, 40 minutes from Reims, 50 minutes from Soissons
- Access via the A4 motorway, Château Thierry exit. To reach the Gîte de la Prévôté, take the local road leading to Favières; you’ll find just one house there – your destination.
