About this property
Gite Bacquiès - with enclosed garden and heated swimming pool
Bacquiès is the name of the estate, built in 1883. An accommodation with a restored farmhouse and a barn converted into a home, a common area between the two properties and a fully enclosed garden with heated outdoor pool (9x6m), terrace and shade garden, surrounded by Septfonds farmland.
Septfonds is located in Tarn-et-Garonne, in south-west France, in the Occitanie region and about 1 km from the farm. A cosy town with the main amenities: butcher, bakery, small supermarket, petrol station and a few restaurants. The Festival du Chapeau takes place every year in July and there are other events throughout the year.
The farmhouse is entirely single-storey with a large living room with wood-burning stove and access to the terrace. The spacious fully equipped kitchen has an 8-person dining area. There is a washing machine in the utility room.
There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm), one of which has access to the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a bedroom adapted for disabled persons with a double bed (160cm) and an ensuite adapted bathroom for disabled persons.
There is a bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet and an additional separate toilet.
The barn converted into a home has a bright living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, washing machine).
The master bedroom with double bed (160cm) and bathroom with shower are downstairs. On the mezzanine there are two single beds (90cm) and there is a low-ceilinged attic room with a sofa bed suitable for children.
In the common room (32m2) there is a table tennis table and a variety of indoor and outdoor games, such as bocce, badminton and croquet and a gas barbecue.
On-site parking and a carport.
The property is ideally located to discover the most beautiful villages and sights in the area:
