The in‑room washer and dryer were a huge plus, and the room itself had everything we needed. I’d happily stay there again. Renovations were happening while we were there, but it was surprisingly quiet and the construction didn’t disrupt our stay.

The rooms were newly renovated and really spacious and clean. There was a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer which is really convenient. We did have to purchase detergent for laundry at the front desk for ₩1000, which was a pretty good price! The property is just a short 2 minute walk from National Assembly station, and there were plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. I will definitely be back!

i came to Korea for the first time and was staying by myself at this hotel. it was a fantastic location - lots of things around me - and i felt very safe. the property and room was super clean and the staff were really friendly. I love the mini kitchenette in my room and the washer and dryer was my selling point!! AND THEN I SAW A LG STYLER IN MY ROOM i love it so much and used it so much to sanitize my clothes every day. thank you for providing me a great stay and great first experience in Korea. I will definitely be back!

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel but other than not serving food right now, you wouldn’t know it. Each room has a kitchenette that has some dishes, a micro, a small fridge/freezer, and a kettle and coffee machine. A washer and dryer in the room and plenty of storage for clothing. There is also a cabinet like auto butler system that can steam your clothes, press your pants, and I think even wash delicate hanging clothes. I have never seen one of these upright machines but it was impressive. The bathroom has American Standard bidet and shower that is nice. The blackout drapes are awesome. Plenty of outlets, lighting, and workspace. The staff are lovely. I saw a gym as well. I don’t think the lounge is open currently. I would stay here again. I stayed 7 days this trip. Plenty of places to walk to eat and catch the bus or subway.

It was upsetting, as there was no warning before booking that the hotel was undergoing a renovation. The construction work included the first floor lobby area, which became a major nuisance in many ways. The entire building is being redone, so that's something to look forward to, but I think it's something that should be made clear before people make reservations. The staff was very friendly and professional, though, and that was a big plus and maybe a sign of better conditions ahead.

酒店離國會議事堂站非常近。國會議事堂站的出口有電梯和升降機，攞大型行李都無問題。酒店附近有很多不同的餐廳，但這邊是上班地方，所以有部分在星期六和星期日會休息。不過好處係附近比較安靜。客房空間很足夠，打開兩個大行李箱完全無問題。客房整潔度亦很好。房內的洗衣設備非常方便，有洗衣機，乾衣機和消毒機。但要自備洗衣粉或洗衣液。我每天都會用消毒機為羽絨服和外套消毒。這是我第二次住這間酒店，我都會推薦這間酒店給朋友。

Estive em Busan de 24 de fev a 1º de março de 2026, pela 1ª vez. Escolhi este hotel por causa da localização bem próxima da praia e da estação do metrô, e também pela excelente avaliação dos hóspedes. Devo dizer que minha expectativa foi superada. Funcionários educados e solícitos. Recepção 24 horas. Quarto amplo e limpo, com bastante espaço para organizar suas roupas e colocar suas malas. O piso aquecido foi um diferencial. A roupa de cama era macia. A limpeza era feita diariamente com troca de toalhas. O banheiro dispunha de espaço reservado para o vaso sanitário, box de vidro com cheveiro e ducha, e também uma imensa banheira, também separada do chuveiro. O corredor dos quartos e a recepção tinham um aroma muito agradável. Há na recepção um espaço para os hóspedes se servirem à vontade com máquina de café e água, bem como um terraço aconchegante. Há também uma loja de conveniência dentro do hotel. Isso realmente me surpreendeu. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso com o foco principal na culinária coreana (o que pra mim foi um ponto alto), mas há opções para quem prefere menu ocidental. A lavanderia é uma ótima comodidade e sempre que precisei estava disponível. Mas é importante destacar que há apenas 1 lavadora e 1 secadora de roupas. Foi o hotel mais completo que me hospedei até hoje. Eu recomendo muito essa acomodação. Obrigada a todos que fazem parte da equipe do hound Garden&Terrace hotel. Foi memorável minha estadia em Busan.
