Awful hotel. I stayed more than 2 weeks on this hotel; they only clean every 3 days(which means no new towels everyday). Super dirty, full of dust, thermostat not working. From outside it looks clean. Inside is totally different story. They really need a renovation. Location was OK. If you plan to stay on this property make sure you bring your own towel and cleaning supplies.

The hotel was well located in Gangnam-gu, within easy reach of the underground station and walking distance of tourist spots. This was more a serviced appartment and not really a hotel. The accommodation was sufficient for its purpose (we spend most of our time sightseeing/outdoors). The reception staff were always present, the room was presentable but decor outdated. We had clean towels and water bottles daily, the bed sheet changed every other day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
