Staff were very nice however the room was uncomfortable. Definitely need a long table to put my necessities. I had to put everything on the floor because you had a tiny round table. Chair was comfortable. Also need a converter. It would have been nice if the front desk provided a converter while checking in. I am from USA. Americans need a converter.

Reasonable business stay

I stayed two nights in the Premier King Bed room during a business trip to Seoul. While I appreciated the upgrade on my first night, the overall experience was underwhelming for a mid-luxury hotel. Soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear neighbors showering and hallway conversations, which made it difficult to rest as a light sleeper. The bathroom design was impractical, lacking adequate space to hang towels or clothes. Breakfast felt overpriced given the limited variety, and basic amenities like a toothbrush were not provided — surprising at this level. Complimentary drinks were a small positive. Although the hotel staff were professional and courteous, it felt like the personal touch has diminished; for example, reception no longer guides guests to the elevators. Overall, I’d rate my stay 3 out of 5 stars. Similar hotels nearby offer comparable accommodations and service at a lower cost.
