We stayed one night with our two teenagers - the room itself is lovely and comfortable however we could hear honking and traffic noises all night (level 5). The hotel didn’t have any common facilities to sit and relax in like a lobby or cafe area either. Close to metro for travel though.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The decor was modern and clean. They brought water bottles to our room every day which we really appreciated. It was nice to soak our feet together in the tub after walking and sightseeing all day!

Room was beautiful but smelled like sewer the whole stay. Staff said it was maybe due to the AC unit or from humidity from people wetting the carpet from the in-room onsen. We asked to be moved to another room but they said it was not possible because they were booked. Also, the TV remote didn’t work for the TV. Staff came to the room and told us that you have to stand up and point the remote 8 inches away from the TV for it to work. Yeah…

Ganz seltsame Stimmung bei Personal. Parkplätze sind wenig, dennoch vorhanden. Aber es wird vorher informiert, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt. Ein paar Information wie Wlan Passwort ist auf Infoblatt im Zimmer falsch. Dennoch sehr gute Lage mit sehr ordentlichen Zimmer und Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
