This hotel was like a mini apartment - fridge and freezer, clothes washer and steamer cabinet, separate sleeping area, and large balcony! Fabulous! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area was super convenient to shopping, dining, and transportation. The only downside was the mattress. Asian mattresses are very firm. That is to be expected. This mattress, however, had lumpy cables running horizontally every six inches down the entire mattress, raised above the rest of the surface of the mattress. Sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable!

The hotel it self was good but please change that front office lady. She is the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met. She was never helpful and has no business in working in hospitality. She was rude and speaking in codes, looking at us like if we had to tell her how to do her job. We will definitely be back in Seoul as my husband and I loved it, but we won’t be staying in this hotel.

very clean, staff would come clean daily, hotel was close to everything so walking, bus and metro was super convenient. space was perfect for what we needed and they had a washer so we could wash our clothes during the trip, would def stay here again!

This is the first in all my staying in hotels that we had to pay for keeping our luggage as we arrived 3 hrs earlier than the check-in time. This is a service which should be available to early arriving guests. Good location and accessibility to transportation, shops.

Very good convenient and inexpensive place to stay Seoul near the metro and bus system. Right next to the airport bus stop. Only pain is that you need to go up and down the stairs when COMING from the airport, but the bus stop GOING to the airport is right next to the hotel. It has a critical washing machine in the room which means you can do an inexpensive laundry which is hard to find in Seoul. Very recommended to those on a budget.

First is upon our check-in late at night, we were welcomed with a lovely smile by the front desk young lady who I later found out her name, Emiri Saito. We were tired from a long trip from Las Vegas and she really made our initial check-in very smooth and throughout our 7 day at this Hotel, she would always find a way to extend a helping hand whenever we see her. To top it off, on our check out day, she spent time to finding a way to help us with our ride to the airport since our flight got delayed. So glad to meet a young lady with a helping hand like her. Hope we’ll see her again in our next visit.

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I stayed for 7 days, although the cleaning person came in to make sure the room was in order, i used the same bed sheet for that 7 days. Over all it's a good place to stay, i love the balcony view as well.

Good location right next to Namdaemun market, plenty of food options and easy to get on the subway. Nice coffee shops all around and a walkable distance to explore Seoul's central districts without having to jump on the subway. Hotel had in-room washer, which was a nice perk, but dryer is in basement and costs a few coins. Room was not big, but not small either. The layout was a tad odd with some wasted space but all in all, it's a good option to explore Seoul.
