The hotel itself was nice. Every staff there was courteous except (Crystal) the one who was checking me in on the first day. She was working there in the front desk with her negative attitude to service customers. After I checked in, when I got into the room I found out the bed cover and the quilt case were dirty with yellow spots around. I asked Crystal to send a staff to change them, but the staff just changed the quilt case so I had to ask her to change the bed cover again. Luckily, her shift was done. The other gentlemen was on the front desk at that time. He was very nice and professional to handle all my requirements perfectly. I was happy with everything that he had done for me. In general, the hotel and staffs were very nice. I took 1 star off it's because the very bad experience with Crystal at the very first day. That was my first day that I traveled to South Korea. She made me had a bad mood for the whole day.

Nice modern, spacious and clean room. Staff were pretty nice and helpful. Balcony had a nice view of the city. I would def stay there again. Very close to the street market. Found it weird that the shower floor had no divider from the toilet. No big deal.

The entire lobby and fitness room area had awful “air freshener” smell. They should clean the area instead of masking with chemical scent. The fitness room needs better lighting and more equipment. The sliding door to the balcony in the room didn’t have a lock. So, the room wasn’t secure when I left the hotel. The room should have a safe box. The front desk had a safe for all the guests. I didn’t want to leave cash or my passport with the staff.

The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Having a washing machine and an LG Styler for steaming clothes was a great bonus. The bathroom did not have a wet and dry separation. The location was convenient, although reaching the nearest metro station required carrying luggage up and down an underground tunnel. Note that the hotel does not offer free luggage storage on-site.

Room was okay but had odd features like none of the cabinets opening. The shower gets the toilet soaking wet. The building is a bit run down feeling, elevators take SOOOO long. Would not recommend.

Clean room. Nice staff who manage to help us extend our 2 nights at almost the discounted rate we got online. Fully equipped with washing machine in the room and dryer cannot be found at the gym area with a fee krw 5000 per use and it will fully dry your clothes.

Very clean rooms, great amenities, and wonderful staff. The only small thing is that the twin room has the toilet and shower in the same space. So if you take a shower, the entire bathroom floor is wet when needing to use the toilet. Hope there is something that can help minimize the wet floor. Other than this odd structural setup, it was a great hotel to stay thats close to restaurants, eateries, and shopping places

This hotel was like a mini apartment - fridge and freezer, clothes washer and steamer cabinet, separate sleeping area, and large balcony! Fabulous! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area was super convenient to shopping, dining, and transportation. The only downside was the mattress. Asian mattresses are very firm. That is to be expected. This mattress, however, had lumpy cables running horizontally every six inches down the entire mattress, raised above the rest of the surface of the mattress. Sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable!
