The first room we got didnt look like the photos, was very mouldy and had peeling wall paper due to the humid environment. It was not really safe to stay in, however the staff did accommodate and relocate us to a nearby hotel for free.

フロントに人がおらず、電話したところ外国人の男性がやってきた。用があればカカオトークでメッセージを送ってほしいと言われた。私は韓国語が話せるため何とかなったが、話せない人はどうしようもないだろう。また、シャワーの前に洗濯機が置かれていて、シャワーも事実上使用出来なかった。

①チェックイン時に対応可能な状況で無く、スタッフと全く連絡が取れない ②１時間くらい待った後にスタッフが来て、ルームカードを渡されたが、部屋に入るとダブルベットのルームになっていた　※ツインルームで予約 ③電話したりメールしたりするが一向に連絡取れず 　※スタッフはすぐにどこかに行っていない ④さらに1時間待つも連絡が取れないので、キャンセル申し込みをしてしばらく待つが不通 ⑤ホテルを出て違うホテルに移動している間に少し待って欲しいと連絡来たが、あまりにもロスタイムが多いのでキャンセル希望のまま、他のホテルに行った
