Shilla Stay Samsung delivers!!! Staffs are attentive and super friendly. Very good location and very accessible to the places I want to go too. Being across Coex is a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect for us. Just crosswalk away from Coex, Hyundai department store and two subway lines, making it easy to get around and many restaurants nearby. The room was bit small. Recommend breakfast buffet.

It was a good stay with clean facility, nice rooftop bar, though very limited items, and closed too early, pretty wasteful to have an outdoor facility could be used during the day. The BF is decently priced $17pp much less than most of the hotels in the similar areas. The location is good, conveniently set with wonderful surroundings, except there was so much construction. The price of the hotel was extremely outrageous for the property offered, with nearly $500USD/day, this is the worst value/dollar ratio ever.

Upon reaching the hotel, we almost didn’t see the main entrance as it was hidden behind construction in the main road. Reception check in is in the 20 floor so it is a bit unusual. Check in process was smooth, staff very friendly. Room was dusty in many areas such as under table, floor and very small.
