Ice is a menu item? Booked this hotel for my birthday and it was ruined. They “upgraded” me to the fourth floor… where my bedroom was easily seen from the ground. And there’s no view, the neighborhood is not exactly a great view. The overhead shower massively leaked which drowned my entire bathroom. I complained and got switched to a better room. Though the bathroom always smelled of pee. Other amenities were ok. Cannot complain about staff, they were accommodating in a situation that (seemed) wasn’t their fault. Can’t get over Ice being a menu item though… Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

Great location near train and walkable to DDP with easy pick up and drop off with uber. I would definitely stay here again. We got the delux suite with 560 sq ft space in the 1 bedroom and living area. The room had so many cabinets which are great for storage. It felt like a modern NYC apartment complete with a fridge, stove, microwave, filtered water machine and washing machine. Check in is on the 20th floor and I wish I visited the pool and gym, but there was so much to do each day that we rarely spent much time wandering the hotel.

The hotel has kindly free upgraded my room so that we can have more space for the baby crib and all the luggages. The residence was very nice and comfortable. Location is very convenient. The playhouse is very kids friendly as well. Highly recommended for families.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Sheets are clean and housekeeping is daily. Couch has multiple stains, possibly food possibly couch does not get cleaned. Friendly staff and English speaker was always available for guests and visitors. Chromecast was available upon request at no additional charge. Pool and gym area is clean and maintained very well. Front entrance and back entrance is easily accessible to taxi and uber drivers. Two subway stations are located very close. 2 convenience stores are close by as well as a chicken spot that is open late. Very close to dundun mall, walkable distance to multiple olive youngs, mimi line and nyu nyu.
