Almost great but AC sucks! We were all sweating including the baby. We tried to adjust the AC, but it has a default setting.. The amenities are great! I like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They all smell great snd doesnt dry my skin. .

Had a long stay, for about 2 weeks, the staff were great, the room was wonderful. We came during winter time but the room was very hot and the temperature was fixed at 27 degrees Celsius, but the staff kindly gave us fans. You couldn’t chronic cast to the tv and it was mostly Korean but it added to the ambiance. The hair and body products in the bathroom were beyond amazing and the idea that you can choose your pillows or have a convenient store downstairs were great too. The location is 10/10, in a lively area, close to the metro but not noisy or busy all the time. A great stay all together

Super good location and close to metro station and Myeongdong shopping area. Lots of dining options around, little bars and local eateries just a street away so good. The room is good size and have all and Ohio need. We stayed at 11/F which has a common Mir to wave water machine and ironing facility are handy. Will stay here again next time for sure.

Wonderful staff and service. Clean rooms, easy check in and check out process. GS 25 convenience store in lobby which made things very easy. Great place and good location, I would definitely stay here again! This hotel does not have AC that works in November…our room was 28.5 Celsius because the AC was shut off and we weren’t able to adjust it in our room.

A great hotel with a convenience store in the lobby. Easy check in, nice large and comfy rooms. Laundry available. Close to metro. Housekeeping was so diligent even though I didn’t want my room cleaned, they were very attentive to check in whenever they saw me come out of the room. They were very generous with offering new towels and water bottles which I personally didn’t think was necessary since there was a shared water fountain. The reception was so helpful in getting extra pillows and arranging another room on the same floor when I extended my stay. Would definitely stay again.

I agree with other reviews that states this isn't a 4 star hotel, I'd say it's a solid 2 stars instead. The rooms are outdated, I had spider nets on the walls and it was generally just dusty. However the location is excellent, I walked around quite a bit. I got the room on a good offer and stayed for one night after a business trip so I was satisfied with my stay. As tourists, I don't think anyone spends too much time at their accommodation so this can be a good option, just don't expect too much. I had breakfast too because I had to leave early in the morning so it was convenient but I found the choices to be poor. Also, checking in the room is at 3pm but lunch stops at 2.30pm and they don't offer any other food options apart from the convenience store inside the hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful, checking in and out was easy. The walls are quite thin sadly, I had a very noisy neighbour during my stay who was hooting and yelling at 3am, waking me up multiple times so that's something to consider.

Brilliant! Clean to the extent of walking barefoot on the room's carpet (yes, I would never do that elsewhere but this genuinely felt clean). Breakfast was nice with a lot of options, locations is great with Myongdong street market 10-15 minutes walk away and a close by metro station on the inner city green line so access to everything. The GS25 inside the hotel is super convenient and has a WOW pass machine if you went for that.
