The Hotel Location was the best, close to myeong dong and namdaemun. There was lots of food options walking distance. Hotel was a little old but it was clean and staffs was the best, Super accommodating and cleaning lady was super friendly. There bed was super comfy and internet worked very well. If we ever go back to Korea we will be back at New Seoul Hotel! We were a family with 4 and all of us enjoyed our stay at New Seoul Hotel.

There are a lot of dining options in the area. It has easy access to the rest of the city. Comfortable stay but we find it sthat the washroom doesn’t even have a proper enclosure to separate it from the rest of the room.

I love New Seoul Hotel. Very convenient because it’s close to some of the major tourist attractions and there’s so much dining options around the area too. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Received three unrecognized charges after staying at the property on the deposit credit card. Didn’t purchase any items in-room or cause damages and didn’t receive any receipt or further communication from property when I asked about the charges

We stayed for 4 nights in one of the bigger rooms on the 15th floor. There were 2 king beds. Pros: -There was a pantry with a microwave and sink and a laundry room (chargeable) on the 16th floor. -2 lifts were fast -train stations are within walking distance -myeongdong is within 15 mins of walking -Rooms are clean -nice sitting area -housekeeping is fast Cons: -there are steps leading up to lobby. Inconvenient with big luggage. Slope is at the back of the hotel, near the restaurant. -room has no view. Blocked by tall buildings -receptionist didn't speak English very well. -separate lift to laundry and pantry was inconvenient -not many eateries nearby -aircon controls were in Korean. Even with Google translation, it was cold so we switched it off. -check out time at 10am was early. -breakfast was 7 to 9am. Too short. It should be till at least 10am. Overall, it was ok.

I greatly enjoyed the location and found it a nice, quiet spot for obvious tourist destinations, while also being a perfect spot for surprise, late night dining down less obvious side streets. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The in-room wifi was my only complaint - as it was a little weak/spotty - but I imagine 99% of guests wouldn't even notice.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel New Seoul! The location is perfect - quiet, clean, and conveniently situated near City Hall train station. The concierge lady was very helpful during our evening check-in, making the process smooth and efficient. We appreciated that she even provided us with fresh towels daily, despite us not requiring housekeeping. The hotel's proximity to amenities like CU and Olive Young was a bonus. The hotel's location is also great for exploring nearby attractions on foot. You can walk to Myeong-dong in about 30 minutes. If you're looking for some natural beauty, the famous Cheonggyecheon Stream is just a 15-minute walk behind the hotel. For shopping, Lotte Supermarket at Seoul Station is only three bus stops away. Plus, the airport limousine bus stop is within a 10-minute walk, making travel convenient. We'll definitely be back!
