Metro Hotel is one of cleanest hotels I've stayed at. The staff was excellent, nice, friendly, helpful, and really wonderful. Can't say enough nice things about this hotel. The lounge area and balcony was clean and a nice area to wait in. Only thing is I would like paper plates in the microwave area. But other than that definitely worth staying at!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The second floor was amazing. There was an eating and lounging area. There was a seperate door to go through and that area of the hotel was for families. There was even a small kitchen and play place for kids. Great for the patents and great for kids. Totally separated from the rest of the hotel. And the food and shopping nearby is crazy !!! Hundreds upon hundreds of places to choose from.

Great hotel

This location is excellent situated in the heart of a vibrant area with numerous dining and shopping options all within walking distance. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated me and three friends, with plenty of room to spare. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of Myeongdong. Also near public transport. Staff were very polite. Only things we didn’t like were the price compared to other hotels being high, and bathroom was not well cleaned on a daily basis.

Superb location! Within few mins walk to subway and close to many restaurants and Olive Young branch. Cleanliness is not good, first night found a mite underneath the blanket. Told the staff to change but remaining nights whole body remain itch that I did not have a good rest.

Courteous and friendly staff, provided good recommendation to our needs. Convenient location to subway, foods, and malls. We have a team of 5 and with 10 luggage’s, taxi arrangements in and out of hotel was easy. You will get special price package to get to the cable car and Seoul tower. The 2nd floor common area with water, microwave and etc is very usable for eating takeout food, morning trip planning, briefing and etc. will recommend friends and relative to this hotel.
