Staff was available and helpful. Promptly, provided amenities upon request. Room was descent size. We were out during the day, so only needed a place to rest and sleep. Worked out well.

立地よし。部屋も綺麗。

17時からチェックイン可能とのことで、17時半頃行きましたが、入口の扉が開かない。細い路地を通り裏口へ回ってみたけど開け方分からず。再度戻ったら今度は何故かすぐ開きました。入口の暗証番号や出入りの仕方の案内が18時半頃メールで届きました。連絡が遅いですね。 入ったらカウンターにスタッフがおりチェックインはすぐできました。 部屋は比較的綺麗な方で、広さも十分あり、床暖房が入っていたので、暖房無しでも快適に過ごせました。 ただ、防音効果は全くないです。隣の部屋の物音はもちろん、上の部屋の椅子を引きずる音や歩く音などよく聞こえます。 充電コードが2箇所取り付けられてて便利でしたが、ひとつはiPhoneの端子が折れてて使えませんでした。 部屋の掃除は申告制、洗濯をお願いする場合は部屋に置いてあるネットに入れて預けると有料でしてくれるみたいです。 冷蔵庫には、ボトルウォーター、缶ジュースあり。 フロント横のスペースで、スティックコーヒーとティーバッグは自由に貰えて、ボトルウォーターは1日2本まで無料、それ以上は有料。同じ場所に、電子レンジ、コーヒーマシン、氷、ウォーターサーバーあり。 立地は駅からもバス停からも近く周りには飲食店も多く便利です。 お得に予約できる時があったらまた利用したいです。
