This was a great place to stay with our family of 4. Each of our teenage sons got to have his own room which was a nice break during our vacation. We also got to use the washer and dryer which we needed in the middle of our trip. We only stayed here 2 days in the middle of our time in Seoul (stayed in hotels in busier neighborhoods the other days) and it was the right amount. The beds feel a little more like a futon and so they are harder, but it was great to have a little kitchen and separate bathrooms. It was very hot the end of July but the mini splits worked great and kept us cool. The area is a fun one—not for nightlife but for culture and quaintness. There are cafes with delicious pastries, good restaurants, and little shops within a short walking distance of the hanok and the neighborhood is quiet, restrained, and full of architecturally interesting historical buildings. Overall, it was a refreshing site in the midst of a bustling city.

It was beautiful and spacious hanok with perfect location. Very closed to palaces and museums.Lovely shops right in front of the street.Definetly visit again!
