Probably one of the best hotel my family and I have stayed in Seoul and in SE Asia. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful The only issue was the room temperature was hot. My family and I were sweating during the evenings while sleeping. Our stay at Lotte City Hotel was during December. The hotel was near the train station and walking distance to Myeongdong shopping district.

I really recommend Lotte City Hotel, very nice, staff are helpful and courteous, convenient and close to everything. For first timer going to Korea this hotel is a must.

Well, the rooms are small and old. Especially, the bathrooms have an old, tired look. The breakfast doesn't look appetizing, so we didn't opt for it. The service staff are okay, not as warm as we expected. The location was good, right beside the subway.
