As other reviews, there was mold on the wall but we stayed for only 2 nights to it isn’t too bad. Very hard to find because all we could find was “ziyolk hotel” but we booked for k-pop residence. I think they rebranded or something. Also it’s location is through an alley so not obvious. The room was also very tiny. The location was excellent and service was good. I would rebook it only for the location, extremely convenient.

Such a great location, staff was very nice and helpful. When I needed a conversion plug she had one for me to use. There’s an area on one of the floors if you want to sit down and eat and get water. Other stays went for more than double the price and didn’t offer more than just a bed. Definitely will be back!

The electric sockets were almost non existent and near the ceiling! Old school key locks that I don’t think is safe anyone can copy keys! And the bank beds were very tiny I felt I was in a kids room! But apart from that it was right in the center and it was close enough to walk to the main sites!

The hotel is very basic but it is also very cheap - you get what you pay for. The street immediately outside the hotel looks very untidy and there's also a lot of building work going on but if you walk for just a minute or two you're into the amazing Myeongdong shopping area with loads of restaurants and food stalls at night. It's a short walk to the Myeongdong metro station. The rooms are very small which is OK but some minor changes would make it better. The only towels provided are tiny hand towels which are useless for having a shower. There's no chair in the room, just a stool. The toilet and basin are in the shower cubicle so if you have a shower everything gets wet - you need to move everything out before you can shower. There's a router and TV set top box on the small table - if they could be mounted on the wall or under the table it wouldn't look so cluttered. I like a firm bed but this one was far too hard - perhaps put on a mattress topper to make it a bit more comfortable. A power socket by the bed and a small table would be nice.
