전체적으로 단기간 여행과 싱글룸으로 사용하기 딱 좋았습니다. 다만 방문이 꽤 빡빡해서 처음엔 애먹을거라 생각도 드네요.

조용히 잘 잤습니다. 바깥에 공사가 아침 일찍 시작되었으나, 창문을 닫고 있어서 그다지 소란스럽지 않았습니다.

위치는 최고였고 주변 다른 숙박시설에 비해 고급스런 외관건물 맘에 들었고 프론트 직원분들 친절해서 좋았음. 객실 천장에 거미줄은 좀 신경쓰셔야겠고 2층 라운지 이용시 소진된 음식은 채워주시면 좋겠음. 토스트 다 소진돼 말씀드리니 채워주진 않는다 하셨음. 체크아웃 시간전인 10시30분경 2층 라운지에서 커피랑 씨리얼 들고 16층 객실 가려고 엘베 탔는데 객실청소하시는 메이트가 아주 불쾌한 말투로 눈 똑바로 쳐다보며 퉁명스런 얼굴로 "어디 가요?"라고 함. 어디가세요? 몇층 가세요? 도 아닌 어디 가요? 라니.. 당연히 커피랑 씨리얼 들고 있음 투숙객이겠거니 해야하는게 맞는거 아님? 외부인이 침입한거마냥 그런 표정과 말투로.. 순간 기분이 나빠 나도 "왜요?"라고 되물음. 그랬더니 내릴때까지 나를 위아래로 쏘아봄. 그거 외엔 1박 잘 쉬었다 왔고 나머지는 최고였음.

룸 컨디션이 청결 상태가 나빠요

룸 청결 상태가 너무 안좋아요ㅠ 첫날부터 침대 윗부분 먼지 쌓여있고 거미 출현.. 침대 시트 얼룩 및 머리카탁 다수…. 이틑날에 침대 시트 밑에 머리카락이 너무 많아서 시트 아예 빼놓고 프론트에 룸 클리닝 꼼꼼하게 요청드렸는데… 출장으로 일이 늦게끝나서 도착해보니 시트만 고대로 씌워놓고 머리카락은 그대로.. ㅠ 피곤해서 그냥자고 3일째에 다시 컴플레인 하니까 청소를 좀 하긴했지만 그래도 좀 남아있는 머리카락.. 업무때문에 어쩔수 없이 갔지만 진짜 별로 ㅠ
