The property need upkeeping. Although service was prompt, however, lack of staff at the front desk and also inexperience staff at the restaurant is the weakness. I’ve booked for the most prestige room, however it was not up to expectation. With Moldy smell and towels worn out among few issues during our stay.

Large hotel with good amenities and excellent service. The breakfast Buffet is extensive and caters to every whim - Asian, Western, even gummy bears! Nice spa. Near Dongdaemun Design Plaza.

Hotel and the room itself was dated. Much more of a boutique feel than anticipated. Also, too much noise could be heard from outside, despite being in a designated quiet room. The bed was comfortable as expected, but feel that most of its 5 star hotel competitors in Seoul provide much better value and higher quality in every facet
