Staff was so accommodating and helpful, they have on site laundry. Rooms are clean and were always cleaned when we came back at the end of our day. The rooms are spacious I would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Korea. It’s in a really good location close to bus stops and train stations as well as good food markets and shopping streets.

This property is very well located and the rooms are nice. The windows are a bit unexpected, but for sleeping it’s perfectly fine. The staff has a bit problems with communicating in English, but overall they were really helpful. Keep in mind that if you arrive early and want to check in early, you will have to pay extra fee and probably also wait a little bit. The cleaning was very good all hotel smells really nice and there is a possibility to wash your clothes. They also have some possibility of snacks and instant dinners. I would really recommend this hotel!

It was really cozy and comfortable stay for 6 nights. Staffs were friendly and assisted us a lot during the stay. They cleaned the room every day so it felt like a first night stay every time we go back to our room. Building seems to be a little older than expected and there were some damages on interiors in our room. However it was a minor issue and barely visible. Air conditioning and air purifier worked really well and we had good rest at the end of the each days with a big screen tv. It was amazing stays all the time

Solid stay!

The rooms are all unique and quite special. We had a couple of small issues with the bathtub but the staff were very helpful, we were even offered a different room but chose to stay when their other sollutions worked. The hotel is extremely central to both Myeongdong, Jongno Shrine, and many other places. A good place to stay in Seoul. Bed was quite firm but we got used to it.

This hotel is located in the center of Jongno, providing easy access to major tourist attractions and business districts. There are washing and drying machines available on the first floor, which is very convenient for long-term stays. The staff are very friendly and attentive, making the stay highly satisfactory. I had a work samples in a paper bag placed on the table. next day its gone, they threw it away my work samples. they said nothing in it and on the floor but that is BS because they recover the paper bag from trash and it has my customer name card in it but the samples gone. the worst is that they do not admit they do wrong and denial not a single sorry even said. even ask what is the value ? which for me very insulting because its not about money since its work related. i travel around asia pacific, this is the worst experience

Unique rooms, great location

I liked choosing the room upon checkin since they are all styled very different. Room looked great although upclose some more maintenance could be done. Nevertheless really enjoyed our stay, the location is great. Walking distance to several lively areas!

Good: 1. All staffs at the reception were helpful, kind and friendly ( 5 stars) 2. free luggage storage on check in and out day, 3. free ice, coffee and tea 4. Free self service washer and dryer (detergent and softener is 3000 won each) 5. Free bicycle rental ( may be seasonal, it was offered in April) 6. Daily room service. Towels changes, toilet paper and tissue refills, water and snack refills all complimentary. 7. Share microwave outside elevator 8. Location strategy for tourist. Bad: 1. Musty smell ( room that has suitcase decorations on the wall). I was lucky to be able to swap to a bigger room ( brick wall, smiley face picture frame) but still have musty smell. Room has air filter but doesn’t help at all. 2. Bathroom was dirty. All 15 days staying, dried dirty stains are still on the toilet wall. Overall room is old. Dust on ceiling and bed lamp were never clean during our stay, despite daily room service.

Terrible hotel

Unbelievable terrible. Unclean bathroom, uncomfortable bed, very small tiny living room. With wosrt services i have ever met. DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. There are much more better choices in that area.
