The location of the hotel was perfect. Right in the middle of Myeongdong shopping district where food stall set up at night and you can snack and shop. We were treated with kindness and respect. I would definitely come back the next time we visit Korea.

The room itself was much smaller than expected. There was not much storage space. It was clean, bathroom was well supplied. The air-conditioning was pretty weak - the room was not cool through the night. We couldnt use netflix, youtube or anything on the tv, it was only local programming, so we didn't use the tv or listen to music. The staff couldnt help with that either. It was great to be able to store our luggage between checkout at 11am and 730pm when we actually had to leave for the airport.

Pleasant stay

The price at check in when inquiring kept changing between $185 to $240 so I booked through hotel.com. Staff was friendly & helpful, he tried to help in English which is a plus instead some hotel just said No English!!

The bed cover is not clean and there are marks something not cleaned. Thermostat for air conditioning unit was not working anymore and could not control room temperature. The shower on the wall at the bathroom is terrible and very inconvenient.
