Right outside the back of the hotel is an all night club blasting loud techno until 6am. Every night! They provide ear plugs and an apology letter in return. Ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones we're still not enough. The WiFi was also unusable and they blamed it on the whole hotels WiFi. So no chance of it being fixed.

First of all, the noise was unbearable. It got even worse when I changed rooms. When I reported that there was a cockroach in the room, they asked if I had a photo as proof. This is completely unacceptable. I will never stay here again

I was there for a reunion. Location was perfect. Pool fun. But guests are given earplugs in their room because you can hear the music from the clubs til 3am....or longer depending on the night. If you're a light sleep ask for the front of the hotel vs the back where the clubs are.

Unfortunately, I didn’t go to Seoul to party and experience the nightlife, so the loud music from 9pm to 5am every day was not an enjoyable experience for me and really disturbed my rest. Also went during the week that their pool or sauna was out of service.

I was on the top floor and during the week - noisy. Place is fine, but the nightclub in the hotel building makes this place noisy and you can even hear the vibration of the sound system. They give you ear plugs - serious. :)

Booked for five nights, lasted 3 night then checked out. Didn’t sleep the whole time I was there due to the excessive noise from night clubs in hotel and on the street. Ear plugs and a pillow over your head done nothing to stop the thumping base music. Don’t stay there, you won’t sleep. Hotel is surrounded by thousands of drunken teens every night. Be aware of fake 5 star reviews on this hotel, it is really bad.

Only if you don't want a quite place.

The location isn't appropriate for a business stay. If you plan to party all night or enjoy the sound of partying all night, this may be your place. Even from the 8th floor the noise from the street below was substantial. After things broke up (6AM daily) the streets were a mess with everything from broken bottles to drunken young men. Do not take a room to the back as you will hear noise all night. It was inexpensive (the reason my rating's not a 1) but it had the feel of a crime scene since the Halloween catastrophe is still fresh on the streets.

If you don't know, this hotel is located right near a bar/clubbing street which is quiet-ish during the day and loud and alive at night. It is a nice area during the day too because it has shopping and direct access to subways and buses. The hotel was pretty good for the most part, however my bathroom did have some hair in the shower and tub before I even used them.

It is clean and in a convenient location if you’re looking for a walkable hotel from the nightlife in Itaewon however, all the reviews are true if you are a light sleeper do NOT book here. Only other issue is the AC is central so you can’t adjust the room temperature as much as you like so can be an issue when it gets hot.

The property was located in a convenient location- but from 10pm the noise from the surrounding night clubs echoed through the whole hotel and I actually thought I was inside the night club- it continued on until 6am until it closed- I didn’t get any sleep what so ever- we were supposed to stay on Sunday night but we decided to leave the hotel as the night club was opened on the Sunday night. I don’t know how anyone could get any sleep in that hotel. Also the website displayed pictures of the pool on the premises- the pool wasn’t opened and was reopening on the 20 June- files advertising. I understand that this area has a lot of night clubs but you should be able to sleep in a hotel. Very disappointed
