I like the most is the very helpful frontdesknstaff name BRYAN KIM, upon checking in he was very helpful to my needs like luggage storage for early check in and check out . He also showed me about the airport transfer bus if I needed . Also, he mentioned also the free breakfast they provided and all amenities that the hotel have like laundry , helpful staff . Also, I really love the garden of the hotel and the lay out of the hotel it’s like really a traditional house. The hotel are very clean and of course the bed linens are so wonderful.Breakfast so delicious everyday unlike their soup, fried rice and stir fry mushroom and cheese cake. Also, free coffee and tea all day. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely , I will stay again here if I’m going back to Seoul murphy

Everything was good. Reception & banquet staff are pleasing. The room was a surprise . It would have been nice to provide at least a shelf for us to place our chargers and toiletries .

This is the best hotel I have stayed at. Since walking in we were mesmerized by the hotel. It made us experience the Korean tradition even more than expected. Wonderful stay!

This is a new Hanok hotel with modern amenities. We love the hotel very clean and modern, the breakfast is excellent, though if you are looking for a more traditional Hanok hotel you may be disappointed with them being “too modern.” We are generally happy, it is also very close to airport limo bus, as well as Hanok village.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and apart from the absolutely necessary air conditioning (Korea in June - essential!) very quiet. We had a brilliant stay. First us, the hotel was a perfect distance from everything - central to most places we visited. Easy walk to the subway to travel, but plenty of places to eat etc locally. We're planning on returning when we can and we'll definitely stay here again.

The location and cleanliness of this place are wonderful, the quality is amazing. We stayed on the 2nd floor, where it was women-only with shared bathrooms/showers. We change into slippers at the entrance, which ensures cleanliness inside. Everyone was very polite and welcoming, the front desk workers were friendly. No glaze but this was like the most relaxing hotel. The breakfast was good, but wish there could be a protein, as there was no meat, but not a big issue. Would recommend!

The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. The cleanliness was exceptional given my stay included shared bathrooms. Everything was beyond my expectations for what a shared housing experience would entail. Plus the washer and dryer were incredibly clean and efficient.

The noise level is loud, intense, and constant, given the design of this place and many guests are not considerate. Because this is “Hanok” style, there are no doors between all the sleeping beds and quarters, so you will hear the sounds that ~30 to 40 people (all checked in guests) make. There is no door between and sleeping and bathroom areas, which means you can hear all the people blow drying their hair at 6am, etc. Each toilet stall and shower stall do have doors - but this is the worst part. They are designed to close by themselves but they slam, close hard, and bounces a few times given the force. So many guests don’t hold the door to soft close it and just let it slam which means you will have people slamming doors multiple times at any time of the day including the middle of the night, every night. Breakfast and location were excellent though.

The staff was wonderful, helpful and gave great recommendations on food places in the area. The room and property was beautiful and felt super homey and was very clean and cozy (also close to the palace. Breakfast was also amazing! We loved our stay here!
