We had a good stay. The free parking was a nice perk for the price. The room we were assigned initially had a leaky air conditioner but they promptly helped us move rooms. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathtub was clean and unexpectedly large. Compared to other hotels at the price point in Seoul the room was clean.

外観はおしゃれなホテルと言った感じで古さは感じませんでした。 室内は少し古さを感じ、コンセント部分などのはがれや壁の汚れなど気になるところはありましたが清潔でした。 ユニットバスの不便さはありますが、シャーの水圧も十分でした。 水はフロントでセルフで無料でいくらでももらえて助かりました。 チェックインの時間が19時と遅めだったのが残念です。 荷物は早く着いても預かってくれました。 立地はメトロの駅までは徒歩5分くらいで近いです。明洞などの観光地もだいたいどこも30〜40分くらいで行けると思います。

청소 상태가 좋지 않았습니다 연박인데 청소를 안 해 주는 것은 이해하더라도 생수와 수건을 챙겨주지 않아 불편했습니다 숙련되지 못한 직원이 있어 불쾌했습니다 대학가라 주변 식당 등을 이용하기는 좋습니다만 주차가 불편했고, 창문을 열면 공사중이라 시끄럽고 담배냄새가 계속 올라왔습니다 근처에 업무가 있어 예약했는데 목적에 맞지 않는 숙소를 고른 것 같아 후회했습니다

당일 예약이 돼서 너무 좋았어요. 방이 좀 작아 그런지 옷 걸 데는 마땅히 없더라구요. 방은 전체적으로 깨끗했고 새벽에 더워서 창문 열고 잤는데 아침되니 점점 시끄러워져서 닫고 다시 잤어요. 만족합니다.

우선 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 지하철과도 가깝고 버스와도 가까워요. 도로변이라서 시끄럽지 않을까 걱정했는데 창문 닫으니 조용합니다! 너무 번화가쪽을 살짝 피해있어서 더 좋았습니다. 직원분도 매우 친절합니다. 밤에 바닥에 보일러를 틀어서 따끈따끈했습니다. 좋았어요! 재방문 의사 있습니다!

The property is a newer Korean-style motel, with compact rooms. They're not meant for longer stays, but are more than adequate for shorter ones. There's some signs of wear and tear, but overall it's a clean, well-kept example of its type of facility, and represents good value for money. Staff are helpful. The location isn't particularly central, but is very close to transportation and the immediate area is a small but fun student district. People who are sensitive to noise should ask for rooms on higher floors, on the side away from the main street.
