The facilities was decent and clean, the location was convenient. However I do find some of the staff lacking initiative e.g. like helping with luggage or bags or even providing the right direction to hailing a taxi because we are foreign. I would book again if the service improves but either then that the amenities was great!

The hotel was very clean however the rooms were a little small but okay. Just needed to live out of our suitcase. Staff were very helpful, buffet and the al la carte breakfast was very good however the restaurant had limited meals of an evening. Food was great just not enough choices. The hotel is a long way from everywhere so had to use a taxi and they can be expensive.

Hotel provided excellent cleaning services of the rooms. Also the frontline staff were proactively helpful. We got to leave our bags there pre-check in and also after we checked out for a matter of hours. We found the convenience store which is nice and close on day one. I was really happy with the service received, given it’s not an expensive Hotel in my opinion. (We are from Australia). I would stay here again if ever in Seoul.

Hotel with a good location

Location of the hotel is good as its nearby many attractions. You can take the bus directly from airport to the hotel nearby and walk for 5mins. It is also around 10mins from the metro station. Service of the staff and cleanliness of the room is also good. Will return here again in future.

Das Hotel liegt "verkehrsgünstig" (U-Bahn Linie 9). Die Umgebung ist nicht unbedingt berauschend, aber ok. Das Zimmer ist klein - insbesondere das Bad. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben. Das Frühstück (Büffet) ist gut.

can reach the hotel from ICN airport via bus 6008 directly. room is clean but a bit small (standard room). Staffs were friendly. surprised that early check-in fee was charged even the room was available. WiFi was a bit slow.

I was very surprised, I have never been in a hotel where I felt so unwelcome. The staff didn't even say hello not even good morning etc. They always looked away immediately and avoided eye contact, maybe it was because of my skin color or I misinterpreted it and it is the culture of Korea wich i doubt. However, I was shocked and speechless about this behavior. They were very distant and cold, i thought I had arrived in North Korea. I have never felt so uncomfortable. To be fair the women were the most friendliest and polite. The English of most of the staff was very poor even the staff at the 7/11 had better English. I've been to well over 150 hotels so far and have never had to give such a bad review. The room was very old but modernized and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok on average. Anyway, it was the last time in this hotel. I would gladly pay a more money and feel comfortable and welcome in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
