Overall an excellent stay, love the staffs and facility, very quiet, clean, lots of free snack and drinks, really appreciate it. Just no toothbrush and toothpaste (you can pay for it tho) and a 7-10 mins hike to the hotel which is a bit of a workout with 2 luggages.

It’s a homey hotel .. love its ambience and the breakfast was amazing with big sierra of varieties . They even serve free ramen for supper . Location is very convenient . Room is very clean and nice , The only downside is if you stay a the highest floor sometimes waiting for the elevator can take a while . Overall I really enjoyed staying here and will return if I visit Seoul again

Our entire stay was fantastic! This place is worth every penny and honestly really good value for what you get. The hotel is super clean, well kept, well located and the breakfast is delicious. The spa is SO good, I couldn’t believe how good it was. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.

The breakfast was basic for me and the bread could be of a better selection. The Air condition was fine. The only thing was the blockage in the toilet that happened twice in different rooms plus in the first room the water from the toilet pan over flooded into the shower after one nights stay. Not at all happy with that. The staff were lovely and you could leave your luggage for the whole day if you had a late flight to catch

The spa was perfect especially for the winter in Seoul. The room was kinda small, but it was clean. It is noticeable that the hotel is between two subway stations, and the road leading to the subway station is quite steep. Still, it is a convenient place to stay in Gangnam region.
