Pros: excellent location for visitors. Close to the South Gate traditional market, the city hall, the palaces, pickup point for the city tour bus, walking distance to the central train station, galleries, etc. You can use the on-site washer and dryer on the top floor. There is a small shared kitchen. Cons: really small rooms, small bathrooms. There was no one during check-in. The older gentleman walked by without saying a word or providing information until I asked in Korean. For the price and the convenient location, it was worth 3 stars.

I was shocked to find out there is no shower not even a shared shower room. The room has a toilet and sink with a hose to bathe. In the middle of Summer I am sweating and sticky- that is unacceptable to have no access to showers.
