4성급인데 3박에 한번 청소, 바닥에 먼지/개털/머리카락 등 제대로 청소 안되어있음, 파리 세마리 날라다님, 2층 메인 욕실 싱크 배수 잘 안됨, 침구류 및 수건은 펫객실이라 그런지 몰라도 걸레마냥 구멍 나있고 얼룩이 있음. 마당에 지난 투숙객의 반려견 배변 있었음. 요즘 괜찮다는 애견 펜션보다도 못한 서비스 및 관리. 다시 방문 하고 싶지 않음.
