난방 X

가족여행으로 2박을 지냈어요. 하르방고을에서 가장 만족한 점은 '청결'이에요. 정말 깨끗했고 관리가 잘 되어 있었어요. 실내 천장도 서까래로 되어있어 한옥에 묵는 느낌 충분히 나고요. 식기류도 4인가족이 사용하기에 부족함이 없고 두루두루 구비되어 있었어요. 하르방고을에서 가장 불편했던 점은, '난방' 문제에요. 평소 절약이 몸에 밴 편이라ᆢ 저희집도 뜨끈뜨끈하게 난방을 틀고지내지는 않아요. 그런데 이 숙소는 특이한게 보일러 조정하는게 문밖에 있어요. 처음에 펜션주인께서 결로 등 여러가지 문제점 등을 말씀하시면서 60도 넘게는 틀지말아달라고 부탁하셨어요. 그래서 알았다고 했어요. 그런데 집이 너무 춥고 바닥은 데워지지가 않았어요. 윗풍이 너무 심해서 이불 밖으로 나온 부분은 시렸어요. 그나마 불행 중 다행인건, 흙침대? 돌침대? (정확히는 못 봤는데) 여튼 온도조절이 가능한 더블침대가 있어서 침대에서만 잔다면 벌벌 떨지는 않을거에요. 만약 2인 커플이 사용한다거나 어린아이와 부모가 셋이 함께 잔다면 그나마 만족하실 수 있어요. 저희는 2명은 침대 / 2명은 바닥에서 잤는데 정말 벌벌 떨면서 잤어요. 1박을 하고 나서 나갔다가 숙소로 돌아와서 저녁에 아무래도 이상해서 보니까 보일러가 꺼져있었어요. 가동이 안 되고 있다는 뜻이에요. 그리고, 2박을 자고 일어나서 보니까 또 보일러가 꺼져있었어요. 안 돌아가더라구요. 주인아주머니의 잘못은 아닌 것 같고 펜션의 전반적인 난방 문제인 것 같습니다. 겨울철에는 다시 이용할 마음이 없고, 여름에는 에어컨이 있으니 괜찮을 것 같아요.

사장님 지난달 난방비 120만원 나왔다며 3월인데 낮에는 보일러를 못틀게 하더라고요. 너무 난감했어요. 보통 다른 숙소는 입실 전에 난방을 틀어놓은 곳이 대부분인데... 이곳은 저녁 되면 틀라고 하더라고요. 이 숙소가 특이한게 보일러 온도 조절하는 버튼이 외부에 있어요. 그래서 밖에 나가서 보일러를 틀고 다시 방으로 들어와야 합니다. 그거 빼고는 조용하고 한옥 분위기를 만끽할 수 있는 곳입니다. 아침에 해변을 따라 조깅할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.

'무인모텔' 수준의 시설. 실망스런 응대. 당황스런 서비스

객실 안내도 없고, 사람도 없고, 전화하니 문은 열어놨으니 그냥 이용하면 된다고 짜증스런 목소리로 응대나 하고. '코로나19'로 대면 접촉을 꺼리면 숙박시설을 차라리 휴장하든가 하지, 운영은 정상적으로 하면서 아무런 안내도 하지 않는 것은 무슨 경우인지.... 홍보 사진만 그럴듯 하게 내걸고 시설은 민박집 수준. 주인도 없고, 사람이 없으니 서비스도 없고, 없고,없고, 없고

Close to beach, cafe's, convienence stores and reataurants but nestled away where you feel secluded and private with a quiet atmosphere. Awesome stay with the feel of a traditional Korean home. (One bed was an actual bed and the other a futon on the floor-good for my kids).
