Helpful staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but small. Noticed that a deluxe room was more spacious and conformable, and better equipped (bathtub, etc), and may be worth an extra cost, especially for ocean-view. The breakfast buffet included a variety of oriental and western dishes, and a omelette-cooking station but the restaurant can be very busy at the peak time. The hotel has one convenient store but the items available there are limited and often overpriced. The hotel is at 30 min walking distance from the major eatery cluster in the area but the hotel concierge can help arrange complimentary transportation from/to several restaurants.

I like their breakfast buffet very much. Very delicious. Very convenient location if you are attending a conference at the ICC Jeju (International Convention Centre). However, it is quite far from city centre.

I was here for a conference. The room was clean and was comfortable to stay. I lost a card key to my room and asked for replacement at the front. To my surprise, the staff member told me they have to charge $3 for the lost key. Well, I just paid $300 to stay at the hotel for two nights and I think asking the customer to pay for the lost card key is a bit too much?

Nice view

Overall a nice hotel to stay, just that for foods you may have to travel out of the hotel's choices is limited, if you don't take a taxi you may have to walk 2 km for food.

building structure is very confusing

We're spending unnecessary time to go our room bcs the hotel & resort building structure was very confusing. If you don't have your own car, it was extremely hard & costly to go sightseeing! The hotel/resort is located far away and high hill from even airport bus stop. They should give a hint about their remote location so that guests can prepare with either rent a car or bring more cash for every in & out taxi transportation. The ocean view from our room was beautiful but should we spend much time & money for it's location? No! Never again!! The staff in the hotel were good for only Korean people, I guess, need to replace them with English speaking for at least basic communication, they're not helpful at all! Hotel restaurant was very expensive for tasteless but fancy looking food but we didn't have choice since we arrived about 8pm and no car & had to walk down hill more than 20mints in dark night to find any other place!

Good location and nice seaview

Location is good. Next to ICC where you can shop and dine. Highly recommend to check out the travel attractions nearby the hotel. The room is spacious and tidy. It also has a terrace where you can have dinner and see the sunset at the same time. Kitchen is well equipped. You may cook or just go to the CU25 convenience store in the hotel to buy the food. Have room for improvement on hotel room cleaning up. It suprised me when I returned my room one night found out that the room attendant did not clean up the room. They just refill the complimentry water and left the fresh towels on the dinning table! I stay 5 nights and only had the washroom being clean up on the last night.
