Amazing kid friendly hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good. Very friendly to staff that all spoke English. Room was good value but food was overpriced.

너무 훌륭한 호텔 하지만 아이를 동반한 가족에게 적합한 호텔입니다. 수영장에서 아이들이 너무 많아 커플이나 어른에게는 다소 힘든 리조트입니대.

While the property is newly renovated it’s not a good experience. At the Siena primo, there’s only one restaurant and no coffee shop or any other dining amenities. You have to go across the parking lot for two other restaurants which aren’t that great. Also, the pool policy is crazy. They require you to wear a cap to go into the water for sanitary reasons. So stupid. What about people peeing in the water? Also, the location is not great. Away from many things. We would never recommend this place. Stay somewhere else.

공연 멋졌어요

패밀리룸은 좋았습니다~ 그런데 수영장과 다른 건물이어서 날씨가 추운데 이동이 불편했습니다. 그리고 케익 서비스를 예약했는데, 2시간 늦게 오고 엉망인 케익이 와서 속상했는데, 변경해주고 할인해주어서 다행이었습니다. 이현우, 바비킴 공연은 정말 좋았습니다.

Country side get away

Overall very good but pool was not open and gaming area was not functioning. Also tv service was not user friendly or English programing for guests. Be aware there's no shuttle service available to airport or shopping areas
