The gym was okay and the indoor pool was nice, though it would have been great if at least one of the outdoor pools had been heated, as they were closed due to the season. Nice peaceful place to stay

Very nice resort - away from busier parts of the island but still close to local restaurants, the beach, and the folk village. The restaurants in the resort are a bit expensive for dinner but there are plenty of more economical options within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was excellent - especially the local tangerines. The coffee barista was especially friendly, helpful, and hard working!

A wonderful stay. We stayed on the resort side. The junior suite is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The basement fun zone is great, with video games, ping pong and a pool table. The swimming pools are lovely, don’t forget a swim cap though you can also rent them. The food is good though expensive.

Service is good , design is very 4 star . Soundproofing is poor and the live band in atrium disturbs our rest

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Very spacious room! Lovely village view and staff are welcoming and helpful. We got lost at the other building and one staff even escorted us all the way back. There’s a lot of facilities at the hotel which we didn’t try as we forgot our swim wear thinking it’s autumn season. Will stay again if we do visit Jeju!
