Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores and one supermarket within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Room - was quiet on the 4th floor with view from the balcony (west facing). Shower water pressure was strong. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. Bonus - The laundry room is located on the 5th floor with 4 frontload washers freely available for hotel guest to use (bring your own laundry detergent / pods or buy from hotel).

A few universal socket outlets available in room which is useful. Food - Did not try the hotel breakfast. There is a convenience store on the ground floor in the same building with specific opening hours. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores and one supermarket within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. Conversation in English is basic and require support with translation app for more complex enquries. Good location

Very good location within walking distance to everything including shops restaurants and the main attraction which is the mountain. I had a quiet room with a great View. It would be nice if there were a dresser or some place to put clothes other than just a few hangers. The people at the front desk were polite but could not answer my questions about many things
