The hotel is an easy walk from the JR station. The lobby has amenities that you can take to your room. The room is quite small and the carpet needs a steam clean. The double bed is small and firm. Only one pillow per person is provided.

We stayed at OneFive Sendai for 2 nights. We had only reserved 1 night but our plans changed and they were able to accommodate us. The room was quite spacious and we liked that it was clean and newer. Bathroom had a huge countertop which was unusual for Japan and we loved it!

Pointless doing the pre check in, check inโ€ฆ because when you get there the QR code isnโ€™t neededโ€ฆ you go to the staff and they move you to a machineโ€ฆ it asks for QR code, then staff come over and make you input all your infoโ€ฆ. So whatโ€™s the point of the QR code and pre check in?

Nice hotel for family stay

There is pre-check in. The staff are mostly foreigners. Good for English speaking customers. There is no safe in the room. The breakfast is quite nice. The hotel is located near Yodobashi building 2. U can cut through to reach.
